1.0 Hinge shall comply to DIN 68 857, RAL-RG 430/1-2 and tested for 200,000 cycles of opening/closing by kitchen furniture and LGA.
2.0 Hinge and base plate shall be tested to BS 6222; Part 2 (1992) to test level H by FIRA.
3.0 Hinge shall be made of independent side adjustment feature to ensure accurate and precise alignment of doors with minium gaps between cabinet doors.
4.0 Hinge with snap-on base plate shall have independent depth adjustment feature.
5.0 Hinge cup shall have extended flanges to overlap the 35mm boring position and to ensure proper seating of hinges.
6.0 Hinges are to have keyhole slot for fixing onto base plate.
